- All
of information concerning the client will be treated as strict confidential.
- No
assignments shall be accepted from two competitive clients concurrently.
- No
fees shall be charged to a potential client in the preliminary
stage while discussions are being conducted to determine the nature
of the assignment. Only after obtaining a through understanding
of the client's problem the firm takes on the assignment.

An estimate shall be submitted to clients for each assignment and, only
upon acceptance by a client, an assignment shall be implemented.(For an
assignment of fairly long duration, it is advisable that the client contracts
a retainer's fee arrangement, which will result in substantial savings and
continuity in consultation.)
- No
assignments, for which the firm cannot assume full professional
responsibility, shall be accepted.
